Cyclic Bubble Test
Dilute the original solution with water at a ratio of 1:20
Put it into a 1000ml container and use a circulating bubbling instrument for bubbling
Test foam rise time
Record the scale every minute during bubbling
The experiment will be ended when the height of foam rises to 1000 ml at the highest point
Persistence Test
Anti foaming agent solution has been added, dried at 50 degrees Celsius for 24 hours, and left at room temperature for 20 days
Use 200ml hand cranked measuring cylinders and mix the original solution with 1:19 water for testing
Take measuring cylinders with both hands and shake the bubbles simultaneously. Shake each group up and down 10 times, and compare 5 groups by hand
Repeat the test for 5 times each time when the foam is eliminated and the clear liquid surface is at the end of the test
Compatibility Test
Put the original solution with added defoamer in proportion into a -20 ℃ refrigerator.
